Umar ibn al-Khattaab radiAllahu anhu said:
“O Allaah, if You’ve written me down as being someone who is miserable, then erase that for me; and instead write me down as being happy. For indeed, You erase whatever You wish, and You write down and uphold whatever You wish.”
