🔍There is a difference among the scholars on whether the hands and face are part of a woman's awrah. The majority of ulamaa say it is recommended to cover the face and hands but many scholars have also taken the opinion that it is fardh or obligatory to cover the face and hands according to authentic proofs from the Quran and Sunnah.
